With 30 years of experience in the London market in client-facing, broking and underwriting roles, Charles has successfully led financial lines teams in both the Company and Lloyd’s markets over the last 15 years, from start-ups to mature portfolios in both build and turnaround situations. His extensive experience across the value chain and with multiple insurers has given Charles a unique understanding and insight into what works and doesn’t work with clients, brokers, and employees.

A passionate advocate of financial risks, Craig is happiest conversing with brokers and their clients to ensure our products meet their needs and demands. With nearly four decades in underwriting, Craig has built an exceptional career in the industry. Starting at General Accident, Craig moved into Financial Lines at Chubb, where he spearheaded the development of their D&O, PTL, and Crime accounts in Scotland. After building this account, Craig joined Brit to expand their business across their UK regional network. Most recently, he helped transform RSA’s UK financial risks book through their SME and Delegated teams while supporting their London and regional offices.

Matt has over fifteen years of experience as a Financial Lines Underwriter. He began his career at RSA and subsequently held positions with ACE and Chubb before spending the past nine years managing the regional portfolio at DUAL Corporate Risks. Throughout his career, he has honed his underwriting skills in various areas, including D&O, Management Liability, Pension Trustee Liability, Commercial Crime and Financial Institutions clients from SMEs to large multinationals.

Angela Panuccio provides strategic communications services to Kayzen through her role at Mission Underwriters. Leveraging her in-house management and agency background to develop effective content and PR strategies, Angela brings over twenty years of B2B communications experience to this role.

Megan Simpson is Brand and Events Manager with over five years of experience in insurance marketing, specialising in event planning and management. She leads the coordination and execution of key industry events for Kayzen through her role at Mission Underwriters while playing a key role in shaping brand strategy and ensuring the seamless delivery of marketing and content collateral. Megan was named ‘Young Marketer of the Year’ at the IMG | Insurance Marketers Group Awards 2025.

As Account Director at Kayzen, Emma serves as the primary liaison between the company and Mission’s supporting functions, including the digital team, vendors, finance, compliance, marketing, human capital and the client services team. Emma brings 15 years of insurance industry expertise to this role.

Patrice is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, serving as Client Services & Delivery Manager for Kayzen. In her role, she leads both onshore and offshore teams, providing comprehensive operational support across all Mission Series. Patrice oversees the delivery of a wide range of services, including policy administration, credit control, delegated authority, and broker/agency management. Patrice’s deep knowledge of the insurance sector enables her to recruit and develop highly skilled team members, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services with exceptional turnaround times. Her leadership continues to drive excellence and efficiency across the teams she oversees.
